Degraded Host Downtime

Apparently my website suffered some downtime - not that it affected many people since I'm sure no one is reading this :) But thanks to the awesomeness that is EC2 (and cloud based hosting) all I had to do was stop the instance and start it up again. Apparently the host it was on suffered some sort of degredation. Starting it up again brought it up on a different healthy host and things are back up.
Yet Another Iteration

I've updated my website to test out new and interesting web technologies. I've dropped Ruby on Rails (for now) in this version and decided to move back to a Java-based framework. Must keep those skills sharp! It is currently based on the Play Framework and is now being hosted on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) in an Ubuntu Server instance. Currently both my web hosting and email hosting cost me absolutely nothing. Free services are the best! If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
